Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what is the full-year (a) target headcount and (b) forecast of the Government Media Unit once it is fully established; and what proportion of staff will be (I) new staff and (II) reassigned from existing communications staff.

The Cabinet Office is currently finalising the operational requirements of the Government Media Unit and we are actively recruiting for this new team.
