To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 16 July 2026 to Question 17343 on Subject Access Requests, if she will publish the updated version of the Cabinet Office Subject Access Request manual once completed.

There are no current plans to publish the updated manual. Comprehensive information on how the Cabinet Office handles Subject Access Requests along with clear guidance on how individuals can submit a request is publicly available on GOV.UK.
