Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many members of the armed forces have faced a court martial since 2010; and how many of those were serving in active combat roles at the time.

Information in respect of the number of Armed Forces personnel who have faced a court martial for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2013 is detailed, by Service, in the table below. Information for 2014 is not yet available.
