To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what recent discussions he has had with the Welsh Government on Budget 2020.

The UK Government is taking steps to ensure that the Budget delivers and shows clear benefits for the whole United Kingdom. Treasury ministers have regular discussions with the Welsh Government and the Secretary of State for Wales on matters of importance to the Welsh economy.
