Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the House of Lords Appointments Commission has provided guidance to (a) the Cabinet Office and (b) 10 Downing Street on the period of time that should be given to the Commission to allow it to undertake due diligence on (i) political list and (ii) resignation peerage list peerage appointments.
