Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many full-time equivalent staff in his Department work on (a) foster care, (b) residential care, (c) adoption and (d) kinship care including special guardianship.

As at 6 December 2018, there were 38.4 full-time equivalent staff working in the departmental division (children in care and permanence) that is responsible for foster care, residential care, kinship care, adoption and special guardianship.
