Where an applicant declares they hold valid Permanent Residence documentation / Indefinite Leave to Remain, this is checked against Home Office records. If the declared status cannot be confirmed, we work with the applicant to ensure they obtain the leave under the scheme for which they qualify. The nine cases referred to from the private beta 1 test have all now been granted leave under the scheme.
