Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to his Department's statement entitled Royal Navy Estate, published on 15 July 2026, what estimate he has made of the total cost of bringing the Finnart Oil Terminal into full operational use.

This project is in the planning stage, and detailed work is now underway to deliver the next phase. Given this, and commercial sensitivities, it is not currently possible to provide further details regarding estimates of operating costs or when the site will be operational.
