Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many District Valuer Services assessments for new primary health care premises have taken place in each of the last three calendar years; and how many and what proportion of those assessments resulted in an agreement on the market rent between the commissioner and the District Valuer Service.
