Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, further to the Government Property Agency annual report and accounts 2025-26, HC489, of 13 July 2026, where will the civil servants allocated to the Manchester Digital Campus be housed prior to the estimated completion in 2032.

Prior to the anticipated completion of the Manchester Digital Campus in 2032, civil servants allocated to the campus will continue to be accommodated within the existing government estate in Manchester and the wider region. The Government Property Agency is working closely with affected departments to ensure that any interim arrangements bear no additional commercial lease costs to the taxpayer.
