Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether his Department has had discussions with the Mexican Government on the enforcement of court order 297/2019 by Agrarian Court No. 28 against Penmont and in favour of the El Bajio community based in Sonora, Mexico.

Officials from the FCDO have not held discussions with the Mexican Government on the enforcement of this court order.
