Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many sewage leaks have been recorded within their Department's estate in the last twelve months.

This information could only be provided at disproportionate cost.

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and regularly review and maintain our estate in order to prevent sewage spills wherever possible.
