The Ministry of Justice is satisfied that it is discharging its responsibilities under the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) because, as explained in the Answer of 19 April, we ensure that assessment of equalities impacts is integrated in the development, implementation and review of our policies. We do, however, keep our practice under review.
