Census: Fines

Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether people who have requested but not received paper Census 2021 forms will be subject to a fine.

The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority. I have, therefore, asked the Authority to respond.
