This information is available in the published Court Outcomes by Police Force Area data tool: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/733996/court-outcomes-by-pfa-2017-update.xlsx

To limit the data to Wales, drag ‘Police Force Area’ field into the ‘Filters’ area and select Dyfed-Powys, Gwent, North Wales and South Wales.

For the number of prosecutions, filter the data using the ‘Court Type’ field to ’02: Magistrates Court’.
