Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if his Department will make an assessment of the effect on patient care of the failure of the Lorenzo software system at East and North Herts Hospital NHS Trust.

This incident is still under investigation and the East and North Hertfordshire Hospital NHS Trust is working closely with the East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group to assess the effect on patient care of the failure of the Lorenzo software system in terms of harm to patients.
