Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what recent progress he has made on the (a) development and (b) implementation of the modernising defence programme.

Good progress has been made on the Modernising Defence Programme and I expect to be in a position to share the results later in the autumn.
