Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what proportion of personal independence payment assessment results have been overturned on appeal.

Since Personal Independence Payment (PIP) was introduced 3.5m decisions have been made up to June 2018, of these 9% have been appealed and 4% have been overturned.
