Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the announcement, PM to address the National Housing Federation Summit, made by the Prime Minister on 19 September 2018, whether Barnett Consequentials will apply to the £2 billion in additional funding.

The Barnett Formula will be applied in the usual way to these allocations as set out in the Statement of Funding Policy.
