Alcoholic Drinks: Excise Duties

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, when excise duty was last reduced for (a) wine, (b) beer and (c) spirits.

Wine duty was last reduced in 1984. Both beer duty and spirits were last reduced in 2015.
