Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the terms of reference are of his Department’s urgent review into DNA tests for immigration applications; what the timescale is for that review; and whether the findings of that review will be published.

The terms of reference of the review are being finalised and I will confirm these in due course.
