Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what estimate she has made of the number of people who will receive a back-payment for personal independence payment.

The estimated number of claimants affected by the Personal Independence Payment Upper Tribunal judgments LB and RJ can be found in the following Written Statements, published on 15^th June 2018 (HCWS767) and 2^nd November 2017 (HCWS218).
