Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the Answer of 4 June 2018 to Question 146881 on Personal Independence Payment, how many personal independence payment assessment reports (a) have included consideration of informal observations and (b) used those informal observations to come to a decision in each year for which information is available.
