The Greater London Authority have been allocated £1 billion of the additional £2 billion funding for affordable housing announced last year. Further details on how we will allocate the remaining funding will be announced shortly. Homes England have already been allocated £3.3 billion over the length of this programme to deliver 107,000 affordable homes outside London.
