Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what proportion of disability living allowance claimants who have been asked to attend a re-assessment for personal independence payments have requested their assessment take place at home; and how many of those who have made such a request had that request rejected.

The information requested is not readily available and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
