Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest number of previous convictions for robbery was for a person convicted of a further robbery offence in each of the last three years who was not given a sentence of immediate custody; and what the sentence was for the most such recent offence in each such case.
