Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many offenders were sentenced to a custodial sentence of 12 months or less by offence by each Crown Court in the latest year for which figures are available.

The number of offenders sentenced to a custodial sentence of 12 months or under in England and Wales in 2016 (the latest available data), by offence and Crown Court, can be viewed in the table.
Court proceedings data for 2017 is planned for publication on 17 May 2018.
