Immediately following the earthquake of 29 December 2020, I issued a message of support to Croatia and those affected by the earthquake. HRH The Prince of Wales issued a condolence letter to Croatian President Zoran Milanović on 31 December 2020.

The British Embassy in Zagreb responded by offering support to first responders and health workers through developing Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders programmes. The British Embassy in Zagreb continues to work closely with the Croatian government to further develop these programmes and to support those who have been affected by the earthquake.
