Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what restrictions he places on the type of housing that is included in local authorities' housing revenue accounts.

The type of housing that is included in local authorities' housing revenue accounts is prescribed by the terms of Section 74 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
