To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what estimate he has made of the number of firms that operate self-invested personal pension schemes for individuals which have ceased operating within the past two years.

HMRC does not hold the information requested. HMRC does not hold information that allows them to identify self-invested personal pensions separate from overall personal pensions.
