Passports: Fees and Charges

Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 7 February to Question 126084, o passports: fees and charges, what options are being explored for making services available on the high street; which community support groups have been contacted; and what the timescale is for consulting and introducing those changes.

Her Majesty’s Passport Office continually seeks proposals to improve our service for our customers. As such, we have engaged with Age UK, as well as partners in the travel industry to develop proposals.

Her Majesty’s Passport Office will be producing branded products specifically designed to support employees in community organisations to use passport services. These are planned to be introduced over the summer.
