The Department does not collect or hold these data.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is responsible for the Public Land for Housing programme. The aim of the programme is to release land with capacity for at least 160,000 homes in England from the central government estate by 31 March 2020. MHCLG is now monitoring the progress of sites sold through both the 2011-15 and 2015-20 Public Land for Housing Programmes, in order to estimate the number of homes under construction and completed.

Affordable housing provision on any given site will be decided at a local level, by the local authority in line with their policies and local affordable housing requirements.
