NHS Test and Trace continues to work closely with regional and local partners, enabling local authorities to take action to break the chains of transmission, delivering local solutions with the financial, technical and clinical support and backing of a nationwide operation.
The Contain Outbreak Management Fund provides funding to local authorities in England to be used for test, trace and contain activity in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in their area. To date, over £975 million has been committed to English local authorities through the Fund.
