Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will publish the shortlist of potential development partners for the York Central Infrastructure Project; and when he plans to announce the preferred bidder.

The department has allocated £77.1 million in housing investment grant funding to the York Central project. The successful bidder will be announced in due course.
