Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how much debt was outstanding in each case where people were sent to prison for council tax non-payment in each year between 2010 and 2017.

Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service would only be able to provide the information requested at disproportionate cost.
