Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many children have been refused access to a school nurse since the introduction of the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

This information is not collected. However, services provided by school nurses and health visitors remain outside the scope of the Charging Regulations and so access to these services should not be refused.
