To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 17 January 2018 to Question 110181, on Immigrants: Employment, how many people have been found not to have a right to work in the UK by her Department in response to queries from or on behalf of (a) employers or (b) employees in each of the last three years.
This data is not held centrallly and to obtain it would exceed the disproptionate cost threshold.
