Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many convicted sex offenders are currently (a) in custody and (b) not in custody.

We do not hold the number of sex offenders in the community who do not meet the threshold for notification or are no longer subject to its requirements.
