As part of the Post-Implementation Review of the reforms introduced by the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO), we will be reaching out to experts and interested parties in the relevant fields to inform the evidence gathering process.

The review will report later this year. We are committed to ensuring legal aid and other forms of legal support are available to those who need it, so it is right that we take the necessary time to gather evidence.
