Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish all feedback received by his Department from early adopter courts on the experiences of those courts with the Common Platform tool.

It is not our practice to publish internal feedback logs. However, we can confirm that feedback has been continually gathered from all courts using common platform, including early adopters. We have a team investigating all issues raised to determine whether improvements to the system or guidance and process need to be made. Findings from an evaluation of the wider HMCTS Reform Programme will be fed into the programme’s development. An interim report is planned for publication in 2022 with the final report being completed at the end of the reform programme.
