Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment her Department has made of the potential merits of ensuring all of her Department's contracts tendered after the UK leaves the EU are in compliance with EU Procurement Directives.

The current public procurement rules will continue to apply until the UK has left the EU following the successful conclusion of exit negotiations. The longer-term opportunities for our procurement regulations are being considered carefully.
