As announced in the Queen’s speech, we will publish a draft Bill this session once we have thoroughly consulted with partners and analysed responses.

We are committed to consulting widely as we develop the proposals for the Bill. We are keen to hear from experts, including charities and service providers, and parliamentarians to understand their views and ensure that the voices of domestic abuse victims and survivors are heard.
