Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what underspends were incurred in (a) Capital DEL and (b) Resource DEL in the Rural Payments Agency at end year 2014-15.

The Rural Payments Agency incurred an overspend of £0.5m against its Capital DEL in 2014-15. It incurred an underspend of £2.7m against its Resource DEL.
