Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many prosecutions there were for burglary in each police force area in England and Wales in each of the last five years for which figures are available.

The Ministry of Justice has published information on prosecutions and convictions for burglary offences by police force area, in England and Wales, up to December 2020, available in the ‘Court Outcomes by Police Force Area’ data tool, which can be found here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1063890/court-outcomes-by-PFA-2020-revised.xlsx.
