Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 4 December 2017 to Question 116496, whether the Mechanised Infantry Vehicle program is in the assessment phase.
This question was answered on 11th December 2017
The Mechanised Infantry Vehicle (MIV) initial gate business case has now been approved, moving the project into the assessment phase.
The assessment phase will focus on confirming the optimum fleet mix and delivery sequence.
