Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many complaints officials in his Department have received on his conduct while he was Secretary of State for his Department.

The Prime Minister has appointed Adam Tolley KC to conduct an independent investigation into formal complaints that have been received about the Rt Hon. Member for Esher and Walton. Six of those complaints relate to his role as Secretary of State for Justice and it would not be appropriate to comment further during the investigation.
