Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 30 October 2017 to Question 108916, on families: disadvantaged, when the decision was made to make the troubled families programme subject to a comprehensive national evaluation; and which Minister made that decision.

The decision to make the current Troubled Families Programme (2015-2020) subject to a comprehensive national evaluation was made in October 2014, by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon.
