The Department is not aware of Aithon DS1517499 or its relevance to the treatment of prostate cancer. However, the future availability of any new or novel treatments on the National Health Service would be subject to large scale clinical trials demonstrating the safety and efficacy of the treatment approach and subsequent assessments of its cost effectiveness for routine use.
