Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department has made an assessment of the potential merits of using an exclusion order on Mr Tapan Ghosh, prior to his arrival to the UK; and if she will make a statement.

It is Home Office policy not to comment on whether an individual is being assessed for a potential exclusion order.
