Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 23 October 2017 to Question 108588, on pre-school education, which local authorities have been given authorisation to modify the operation of Regulation 22, the 93 per cent pass-through requirement, for 2017-18.

The Secretary of State has approved to modify the operation of Regulation 22 (the 93% pass-through requirement) for 2017-18 for the following local authorities: Brent, Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth.
